We’re seeking a motivated individual with real-world experience in landscape and/or hardscape services who’s comfortable taking the lead on client interactions and guiding them through our established sales process.

What You’ll Do:

Take new client meetings (residential & commercial)

Identify needs for:

• Landscape maintenance

• Landscape enhancements

• Hardscape projects

Ask 3 key discovery questions to qualify the scope

Upload notes, photos, and project info into our system

Collaborate with our internal team to hand off design/build work

Compensation:

Commission-only role

3–5% of project value (depending on scope of work)

Bonus potential based on performance

Requirements:

• General landscape knowledge required

• 2+ years experience in sales

• Strong communicator—clear, professional, and client-focused

• Tech-comfortable: spreadsheets, email & Google Drive

• Access to a computer and basic tech skills

• Reliable, organized, and self-managed

• Willing and able to attend monthly networking or marketing events to generate leads and expand your pipeline

Must sign a Non-Compete & Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect our clients and partnerships
