The Westlake Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Team serve as liaison between the Chamber and its members. As official greeters and hosts of our community, the Ambassadors foster and promote goodwill between new and growing businesses, community organizations, and neighboring communities while enhancing membership growth for the Chamber.

The Community & Governmental Affairs committee works to monitor and inform the membership aboout public meetings, when topics of interest to businesses are discussed and about legistlative issues impacting the local area. The committee also provides a venue for candidate forums as needed.
Purpose: Organize the Westlake 4th of July Parade and the Westlake Wonderfest which are co-hosted with the city of West Lake Hills. The committee oversees all aspects of the event itself including concept, planning, logistics, sponsorships and event promotion.
Purpose: Support existing business growth and expansion. Maintain enhanced communications with local, state and national representatives and governmental agencies.
Purpose: The Humanitarian Services Committee is a team of Chamber members whose mission is to Serve Together, Build Relationships, and Give Back! Committee members develop, promote and participate in quarterly volunteer projects that offer support to the Westlake and greater Austin communities.
Class of 2023
Purpose: Work to effectively communicate the chamber's goals, mission and achievements to its membership and surrounding community while ensuring an accurate brand representation on all printed publications. Consistently provide quality exposure and advertising for participating members and sponsors.
Purpose: The Network Development Committee is responsible for the monthly Business Builder Breakfasts and Lunches and explores options to further members�¢?? network development.
Purpose: Provide monthly networking opportunities centered on an educational program for members.
Purpose: The Westlake Golf Classic is held each Fall and this year will be Monday, October 12th at Lost Creek Country Club. The committee is responsible for all logistics, prices, and promotion of the event including finding teams to play as well as sponsors to make the event fun and worthwhile.
