Want to know about how coffee is roasted? Join our resident coffee expert, Charles Emile Lauriat to learn the basics of sample coffee roasting on our small batch Arc roaster. All attendees will leave with a half pound of the coffee we roast during class.

Cost: $20 includes 1 hr class and 1/2 pound fresh roasted coffee
