Chris Gay, a native Austinite, has had a remarkable career spanning over four decades in the realm of small and medium-sized businesses. Notably, he held the position of CEO at the Roto-Rooter Plumbing Company, where he led a workforce of 150 employees operating in two states. His tenure at Roto-Rooter was marked by the successful sale and seamless transition of the company to its parent organization.
 
Subsequently, Chris contributed his expertise to various industry sectors. He assumed a managerial role within the consumer division at Apple Computer and also served as the Chief Operating Officer of an alternative energy company. In addition to these roles, he owned a financial research company.
 
Presently, Chris holds the position of President and CEO at FocalPoint Business Coaching of Austin. He is a certified master business trainer, working closely with his clients to enhance operational efficiencies, boost sales figures, and strengthen team dynamics. The results of his coaching are striking, with clients consistently achieving annual EBITDA growth rates exceeding 20% while working an average of 250 hours per year less.
