Claudia Bianchi is an M&A Advisor and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) with Lion Business Advisors. Recognizing that every business owner will eventually exit, whether by choice or by circumstance, she helps them understand their exit options, increase the value of what they have built, prepare for a transition, and navigate the sale of their companies on their terms.
 
Before moving into M&A advisory, Claudia spent more than 17 years in corporate banking, evaluating businesses, structuring credit facilities, and conducting financial and operational diligence. That experience allows her to anticipate how buyers and lenders will assess a company and identify issues that could affect value, financing, or certainty of closing.
 
Based in Austin, Claudia is active in the Central Texas business and M&A community and works closely with CPAs, attorneys, wealth advisors, and bankers to help owners prepare well before a transaction is underway.
